First, the safety regulations for installing and maintaining the battery
Installation and maintenance and management of the battery must be carried out by professionals.
If you need to change the design of the battery system, please contact our company or the original installation unit.
(1) Maintenance before use
After the goods arrive, check the battery pack for damage.
Carefully unpack the battery at the battery installation site and avoid damage to the battery.
When transporting, it is forbidden to pull the battery terminal or it will cause damage to the battery sealing performance.
Do not need to check electrolyte or water
(2) Installation and maintenance

2,Do not install the battery in a place where sparks are likely to occur.
3, Avoid direct sunlight on the battery
4,The battery is charged and discharged, and it is safe to prevent short circuit during transportation and installation.
5,The battery pack voltage is high, and insulation tools should be used during use and maintenance.
The polarity is correct. After the connection is completed, connect the positive (+) of the battery pack to the positive (+), negative and negative terminals of the charging device and the load.
Do not deform the battery terminals, do not solder the terminals directly (if it is necessary to solder for more than 3 seconds).
Second, use and maintenance
During storage or storage, the battery loses part of its capacity due to self-discharge, so the battery should be recharged before use.
(1) Charging
1, Overcharged for a long time (overcharge); shortened life
2,Unsatisfactory charging for a long time (not enough); affecting load operation or causing abnormal voltage
3, charging is best to use constant voltage current limit charger
Do not charge in parallel, otherwise shorten battery life
Do not charge the battery in reverse. Do not put the battery in a closed container while charging.
When the battery is charged in series, please do not use the center tap.
4When the battery is used improperly and overdischarged, it must be charged immediately.
(2) Discharge
放电4V, 6V, 12V battery discharge termination voltage shall not be lower than 1.6/single cell (single cell 2V), charging is completed in time, charging time is calculated according to the discharge capacity 1.2-1.3 times.
If the battery is found to have abnormal phenomena such as cracks, liquid leakage and air swelling before or during use, it should be stopped immediately.
(3) Storage
1,The battery should be fully stored and stored in the range of -20°C--40°C.
2, Remove from the charger or load and store in a dry and ventilated place before storing.

Third, matters needing attention
Do not disassemble the battery
1. Due to mechanical damage to the battery, the sulfuric acid will be stained on the clothes. Rinse immediately with clean water. If it is splashed into the eyes, immediately wash it with clean water and go to the hospital immediately.
2. The battery is easy to explode in the fire, do not throw the battery into the fire.
3. Do not use organic solvents (gasoline, thinner), dry cloth (chemical fiber fabric) to wipe the battery, and use soapy water, soft cotton cloth to wipe.
4. Do not open the safety valve to add sulfuric acid or water to the battery.
5. The voltage during discharge should not be lower than 5V, and the discharge time is too long and the warranty is not good.
When the battery is not charged, it is because the discharge is too low. Under normal circumstances, the battery will be lower than 5V. In this case, the general charger is not charged, and a dedicated charger must be used. We can provide it to you.
Quality issues when the battery is sold abroad must provide us with a document or video that proves to be a battery quality issue.
The following conditions are not warranted:
1. Battery bulging due to overcharging;
2. After the expiration date; the warranty period of the battery is generally one year, you must provide us with proof of the photo on the battery indicating the date of manufacture;
3. The battery caused by over-discharge is sag or not charged;
The process of detecting the charging voltage is required during charging, and the multimeter is used to detect the change of the charging voltage required by the video and the voltage result displayed after charging.
